The council have wasted taxpayer's money going through this needless exercise, and should be held to account.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4861756479273969604.post-65795433870814360572007-10-23T15:08:00.000+01:002007-10-23T15:08:00.000+01:00Wonderful news. On the issue of standards the school was always on solid ground and this has proved decisive in influencing the officers' recommendation that the school should not be closed. As I said in a previous quote on your web site, this issue was always going to be decided on the strength of the arguments rather than on the numbers or status of those supporting the campaign. This is clearly what has happened and I am pleased that my contribution - through Parliamentary questions and correspondence with DCC - has enabled those arguments to be fully aired in an informed way.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4861756479273969604.post-54950202056091243162007-10-23T13:29:00.000+01:002007-10-23T13:29:00.000+01:00DCC still can't get the numbers right! The report ...DCC still can't get the numbers right! The report says that there were 1687 petitioners. Actually, there were 2141 (and thanks to all of you, once again). I have the records of DCC having been given all of the correct information.MGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17896359519644750910noreply@blogger.com
