Please ask how the Conservatives would deal with the surplus school places. What would be different?

I'd like to thank Andrew for his support during the campaign and for his atrtendance at the DCC cabinet meeting.

My question is:

Given that Cllr Charles, in grudgingly accepting the recommendations of his officers, has conducted an unnecessary and costly consultation process, do you agree that he is not fit to serve as Cabinet Member for Schools ?

I'd like to hear Andrew's ideas for holding Alan Charles and Tom Levitt to account with regard to them putting out inaccurate and misleading information.

What does Mr. Bingham think the Tories would do differently with regard to budgets for rural schools? Does he think the way that budgets are calculated today, with specific support for rural schools, is right?

See explanation here.
